Description
This PR updates the existing Manual page as requested by Michael. The current page has been restructured to follow a guided 5-step approach, following a checklist to help users navigate the manual (see visual changes below). Old reference links have been updated with the sidebar refactored into its own component.
An FAQ section has been included at the end of the page.
Test files have been updated to account for the new changes, along with tests for the new Accordion component.
12 of the changed files are just image files and pdfs, the majority changes were on the Manual page itself, its components, and a Python script to generate the checklist.
