InDex (Interactive Dataset Explorer) is a powerful web-based application designed to help data professionals, researchers, and enthusiasts quickly analyze, visualize, and assess the quality of their datasets.

You need Node.js installed on your machine.
- Clone the repository (or download the source code).
- Install dependencies for both the client and the server from the root directory:
npm install --prefix client
npm install --prefix server
npm installYou can run both the server and the frontend client concurrently with a single command from the root folder:
npm run devBy default:
- The backend server will run on
http://localhost:3001 - The frontend Vite app will run on
http://localhost:5173
Open http://localhost:5173 in your browser to start exploring your datasets.
