This PR updates transitive dependencies in package-lock.json to resolve 11 open security alerts. The changes are lockfile-only — no package.json edits — and are grouped into a single PR to avoid a large number of separate dependency updates.

Alerts addressed

All 9 alerts fully resolved by this PR:

Partially resolved (dev-scope only, no production impact):

Alerts left open

How each change was made

All updates are transitive (lockfile splice only — packages are not direct dependencies):

  • undici: patched release available; lockfile entry updated directly
  • brace-expansion 1.x, 2.x, 5.x: patched releases available; lockfile entries updated directly
  • moment: patched release available; lockfile entry updated directly

Superseded Dependabot PRs

The following auto-generated PRs are superseded by this one and will be closed. Each can be restored by commenting @dependabot reopen on it — note that Dependabot will not recreate them automatically for those versions.

Merging this PR is expected to resolve 10 of the 11 open alerts. Alert #332 (brace-expansion in archiver-utils) will remain open and requires a separate human decision.

Updates transitive dependencies to resolve security advisories:
- undici 7.x: 7.29.0 -> 7.30.0 (resolves GHSA-w293-vg96-wgc3, GHSA-pmjh-fq2x-6v4x,
  GHSA-r53p-7pc4-xj5r, GHSA-2jfj-6hjv-fm6j, GHSA-2gqq-gqf2-x968, GHSA-8436-99hf-9mmv)
- undici 6.x: 6.28.0 -> 6.29.0 (resolves GHSA-r53p-7pc4-xj5r for 6.x line)
- brace-expansion 1.x: 1.1.18 -> 1.1.21 (resolves GHSA-q2hr-2g5m-vwhr)
- brace-expansion 2.x: 2.1.4 -> 2.1.7 (resolves GHSA-q2hr-2g5m-vwhr, GHSA-qhr7-859c-m2p7,
  GHSA-6j4f-fj2g-mc7p for non-archiver chains)
- brace-expansion 5.x: 5.0.9 -> 5.0.12 (resolves GHSA-q2hr-2g5m-vwhr)
- moment 2.x: 2.30.1 -> 2.31.0 (resolves GHSA-4p3w-j4w9-5jqw)

Note: brace-expansion 2.x in archiver-utils and readdir-glob (both dev-only)
remain at 2.1.4 as those require a major bump of archiver-utils.
