Terminal formatting

• Color Profile: HomeBrew
• Text Color: White
• Text Size: 14 pt
• [Shell tab] When the shell exits: close the window
• [Advanced tab] Uncheck "Allow VT100 application keypad mode" to allow numpad in Vim.
