LAMMPS - stable commit 6354777d098deafc18a600877d00dbfcd8ce15c3 https://github.com/lammps/lammps

Open init-setup.sh and change "$HOME/opt" to the desired PLUMED installation directory
Run '$ ./init-setup.sh' after downloading the project for the first time to configure PLUMED and build the project

Run '$ ./compile.sh' to recompile the project(after source code changes or a git pull command)

Run '$ ./run.sh' to execute the example LAMMPS script
