Added new option to highlight text, not background. Fixed a minor TS issue

I added it simply by adding a new section in the settings:

I haven't yet checked how it's gonna look with the underlined styles. So basically as you see I have the value of none there.

Hi! I'm the author of this PR but haven't updated it since then. I tried to re-sync it a month ago but something went wrong with the types so I gave up.

Also, this plugin seems to be a little abandoned but recently I found another one that can color text, hence its name: Colored Text. Their repo: https://github.com/erincayaz/obsidian-colored-text

It's UI is a little awkward but still works.

Thanks for the reply. I am using another plugin called Editing Toolbar. Hope this info is helpful for people who got to this webpage.
