I love the fun of custom emojis on Mastodon, but sometimes you have absolutely no idea what they are because they're only 16x16 pixels!
This PR is extremely minor and just adds the
titleattribute to show the emoji shortcode when you hover over one in a status, so Phanpy behaves the same as the native Mastodon frontend does.
