Conversion of static HTML UI to React components

Usage

npm install
npm start

> open http://localhost:3333

Next you will see:

http://localhost:3333/webpack-dev-server/
webpack result is served from /
content is served from /path/to/project/folder
404s will fallback to /index.html

It may take a while for it to go through the build process but once it's finished you will see:

webpack: bundle is now VALID.

I went ahead and set this project up with Redux. I have not fully implemented this, but the basic framework is here. The additional directories to be used with Redux are as follows:

  -store.js
-reducers
-constants
