Discord Rich Presence is an optional Wurst Options feature that shows what you are doing in Discord.

Features

• Displays one of 10 selectable messages.
• Can optionally show your username and server IP.
• Uses a different Discord application ID in NiceWurst mode.
• Fails gracefully if Discord is not running.
