Moved sbin/init -> opt/cartesi/bin/init

This change avoids breaking /usr merge where some directories on / became a symlink to their /usr couterparts. To read more on this: https://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/Software/systemd/TheCaseForTheUsrMerge/ Additionally we also avoid overwriting system files that may cause confusion to package managers.
