Add a formula for the Cartesi Rollups Node, building all nine cartesi-rollups-* Go binaries from the v2.0.0-alpha.12 source tarball. The 2.0.0-alpha series still compiles against the emulator 0.20 C API (machine-c-api.h), which 0.21 renamed and changed, so add a keg-only cartesi-machine-emulator@0.20 versioned formula based on the 0.20.0 recipe previously in this tap, and build the node against it. The three binaries that link libcartesi and spawn cartesi-jsonrpc-machine (node, advancer, validator) are moved under libexec by env_script_all_files, which leaves wrappers in bin that put the keg-only emulator's bin on PATH; the rest are pure Go and go straight into bin.
