Adds a formula for cartesi/genext2fs v1.5.6.

Naming

Named xgenext2fs rather than genext2fs because homebrew-core already ships a genext2fs formula (upstream 1.6.2) — reusing that name would shadow it and conflict for anyone with both taps. xgenext2fs matches both the installed binary and the fork's own AC_INIT package name, so the two coexist.

Notes

• autoconf/automake are build deps: the release tarball ships no configure, only autogen.sh + configure.ac.
• libarchive is a runtime dep, not build-only — --enable-libarchive defaults to on and the binary links libarchive.13.dylib from the keg-only formula. That also means the bottle can't be :any_skip_relocation.
• License is GPL-2.0-only — the source header says "version 2 of the License" with no "or later", unlike upstream's GPL-2.0-or-later.
• No bottle block; brew pr-pull will add it.

Locally on arm64 macOS, with the formula staged into the tap:

• brew test cartesi/tap/xgenext2fs — passes

The test builds an image from a directory and from a tarball; the tarball case exercises the libarchive path, so a broken libarchive link fails the test instead of silently shipping. It passes -b 1024 because xgenext2fs does not auto-size and otherwise errors with "no free space".
