in response to #441 I am scanning to find any other windows builds that have problems. This is entirely throw-away code generated by copilot, but it does seem to detect the problem with cargo-install-update-config.exe
I'm going to leave it running on my mac for a bit and see if it flags up any other files.
I haven't thought about scanning linux/macos builds yet.
