This is 'curtin', the curt installer.  It is blunt, brief, snappish, snippety
and unceremonious.

Its goal is to install an operating system as quick as possible.

The canonical location of the source code is at
https://github.com/canonical/curtin
- the launchpad mirror should not have new merge proposal opened, and exising
  launchpad merge proposals will be manually merged or closed.
