refactor: remove lint command, turn backup to stream

• Moved the backup exporting command to actually use a stream while fetching from metadata api instead of blob to allow bigger workspaces to also be exported easier.
• removed the linting command and related logic from the codebase, as that might be redundant or rearchitectured after the GA of xanoscript.
• slightly cleaned up the fs / path imports in the cli, trying to avoid the sync versions and be more consistent.
