2. copy site (minus db) to server
3. create virtualenv
4. activate virtualenv
5. pip install --upgrade -r requirements/default.txt
6. python manage.py staticsitegen
7. python manage.py collectstatic --noinput
8. change symlink
9. bounce uwsgi
10. reload nginx
