SQLite 3.52.0 switched from autoconf to autosetup. The old --enable-readline/--enable-fts3/--enable-session flags no longer work. Use --readline/--fts3/--session instead, add readline as an explicit dependency, and pass --with-readline-cflags via pkg-config so the autosetup configure can locate readline headers.
