Add Release Notes for iOS Release 1.65

@Uni-verse we should also add/mention that chromium was updated as well it went out with 124.0.6367.82 which is higher than the previous release. iOS wasn't added to #37814 hence missing it for release-notes/include.

We've pushed a few more updates to https://github.com/brave/brave-browser/blob/master/CHANGELOG_iOS.md 👍 @Uni-verse also has #40295 waiting for a review which will add the 1.67.x notes and then will work on the 1.68.x notes which should be released soon as it was signed off ~2 days ago. We'll do a better job updating the iOS CHANGELOG more quickly in the future.
