Add missing rabbit scripts to package.json

I noticed that the following scripts were missing from package.json while doing the CH2:L4 assignment. I think it would help other students in the future when doing the

npm run rabbit:start
npm run rabbit:stop
npm run rabbit:logs

I am backing up @gabrielms-castro's point about the missing scripts. :)
