Upgrade Apache Camel from 4.10.5 to 4.14.4, a newer LTS version with improvements, bug fixes, and security patches. This ensures the plugin remains compatible with the latest stable Camel releases and their enhancements. Updates both main project and demo dependencies in pom.xml files.
