I removed wasm here: The issue was that GHA gets updated and Emscripten sometimes have breaking changes that wouldn't work on two different versions of Emscripten. So people getting code on older distros would be broken, or CI is broken. Anyhow I don't think this is issue right now. |

It seems there are no CI checks for WASM builds.
This allows commits that cause WASM builds to fail to be merged.
Please note that because of the above issue, this PR will have its WASM CI fail until said issue is addressed. Therefore, this PR is blocked by a fix to the above issue. This PR is marked as a draft for this reason.
