In the (far?) future we'd like to use general purpose processing elements within a bittide network. To do so, it would be nice to be able to compute the maximum time it takes for a function to execute and to have a scheduler for many of those functions. I think this is what RTIC does, but I'm not sure. Leaving a breadcrumb here.
