Some people want to run prometheus server as sts, so that each POD has a stable name and can be accessed separately. It is desirable to run server as sts.
This PR support run prometheus as statefulset, user can use it by
--set server.workloadKind=StatefulSetChecklist
Chart.yamlaccording to semver. This is not necessary when the changes only affect README.md files.README.mdusing readme-generator-for-helm
