[bitnami/wordpress-nginx] Add Helm-Chart for wordpress-nginx

Description of the change

This Pull Request adds a helm-chart for the wordpress-nginx container
The chart aims to be mostly identical to the bitnami/wordpress chart so maintaining it should be quite easy.

I also used the same version. Is that the way it should be?

Benefits

The wordpress-nginx container can be used in Kubernetes for a more performant replacement of the classic wordpress container/chart. It should almost be a drop-in replacement for the classic one.

Checklist

• Chart version bumped in Chart.yaml according to semver. This is not necessary when the changes only affect README.md files.
• Variables are documented in the values.yaml and added to the README.md using readme-generator-for-helm
• Title of the pull request follows this pattern [bitnami/<name_of_the_chart>] Descriptive title
• All commits signed off and in agreement of Developer Certificate of Origin (DCO)
