Extract inline renders into separate module files following the standard board pattern (PlotModuleUI/Server, TableModuleUI/Server). Add AdminPanelInputs() function for sidebar consistency.
Allow admins to view, edit, add and delete users from the CREDENTIALS file. ADMIN column uses a dropdown selector. Logged-in admin's own ADMIN status is greyed out to prevent self-demotion.
