fix: remove duplicated log-check code
…catterplot pairs - Fix critical bug where qv matrix was not reordered with df matrix, causing incorrect coloring of significance markers - Add opacity control to highlight selected genes (10% opacity for non-selected, 100% for selected) - Remove unused ntop variable in multi-pair plot loop - Comment out redundant df1 reordering that was causing annotation misalignment - Ensure consistent annotation behavior using sel1 indices across both single-pair and multi-pair cases The qv/df desynchronization was causing green/orange markers to be applied to wrong genes when plotting 2-column comparisons.
