Marked as draft, since it seems that the revised build instructions need other changes that are in idquantum-dev. It might not be feasible to merge just the codeql changes. |

The changes to codeql.yml are === with what is in idquantum-dev, so there shouldn't be any merge conflicts later on. GitHub code scanning configuration is based on the config that is in the main default branch.
