Daysim executables can be updated using visual studio compilers. Before recompiling, ensure that your fork is synchronized with the remote repository.

Fix:
- Open the solution file in Visual Studio Community 2022.
- Right click on the solution and select the option “Manage NuGet packages for Solution”.
a. This will open a window listing all the NuGet packages that the solution uses.
b. Click on “Updates” and update all the packages for which the latest versions are available.
In newer version, there is an option -v to show the commit hash tag.
daysim -v
The daysim log file lists all available configuration variables. Daysim log file, by default, is saved in outputs folder. The file name starts with run_ followed by a timestamp. To include new configuration variables, you can manually add them to the daysim_configuration_template.properties file.
