These codepoints are technically shared with a pair of unencoded
ɑo/ɑødigraphs, but I went with the default Unicode representation for compliance, since the consensus by the Unicode consortium seemed to be to keep the existing glyph representations in the charts.These do not use CV features, so only one glyph is added per character.
