Test bacnet discovery on a live HVAC system

🎯 Goal

We are looking for testers to run open-fdd against a real BAS system (BACnet preferred).
This helps validate real-world AFDD behavior and strengthens confidence in field deployments.

🛠 What To Do

1. Connect open-fdd to a real AHU (even a small test unit is fine).
2. Ingest at least the following points:
   • Supply Air Temperature (SAT)
   • Return Air Temperature (RAT)
   • Outside Air Temperature (OAT)
   • Supply fan status or fan speed
3. Run:
   • Flatline detection
   • Bounds checks
4. Confirm fault flags appear in TimescaleDB.
5. Validate in Grafana:
   • Fault flag overlays correctly on the timeseries
   • Episode counts look reasonable
   • No unexpected spikes or missing intervals
