Include macOS LLVM shared libraries in the generated
llvm_libfilegroup so coverage tools retain their SDK runtime dependencies in sandboxes and remote execution. The existing Linux matches and empty-library behavior are preserved. Minimal SDK repositories exercise the actual generated glob for macOS, Linux and statically linked tools.Fixes #4298.
Validation:
bazel test //test/unit/repository_utils:all(7 tests passed); formatting and whitespace checks passed.
