I was expecting #497, but maybe my expectation was wrong and it won't even be listed, because it doesn't affect the version number? Same with the deps and test PRs?

I would like to get the following PRs into this release:

• feat(quickpick): Prepopulate quickpick with best guess of label of interest #543
• perf(workspace-tree): implement debouncing and lazy loading for performance  #542
• feat(navigation): Improve "Go to BUILD file" command #506
• fix(lsp): Allow manual restarts of the lsp client after initialization error #498

Once they are merged, please allow a week of beta testing before shipping this release. So that we have a chance of detecting any new regressions.
