Throwing together a quick search page (see issue #236) and using the opportunity to retool & pull in the old popular posts widget (see issue #245)
This is primarily focused on getting a function page put together on staging—but there's enough style that it could go to production. Here's what it looks like:
Note: this also reworks the WordPress docker container to install composer.phar dependencies. This is done as part of a multi-stage build (for now). This means it should get tested on staging before going up live.
