How to use
You have to create your own configuration. There are two ways.
1) Modify your existing hosts file
Under Linux open as administrator /etc/hosts and paste and copy the content of the list.
2) Modify this hosts file adding the following two lines:
127.0.0.1 localhost 127.0.1.1
