Replace Internet Explorer with x86 Emulator

This change replaces the previous iframe-based Internet Explorer mode with a high-fidelity x86 emulator (v86) running Windows 3.1 and real Internet Explorer 5.0.

Key features:

• Perfect Rendering: Uses a real historical browser instead of modern browser engines.
• Lightweight Integration: Uses a minimal ~15MB Windows 3.1 disk image, which is cached for subsequent boots.
• Virtual Networking: Includes a custom JavaScript-based network stack (picotcp.js) to allow the emulated browser to surf the web.
• CORS Proxy Support: Includes a guide for users to set up their own Cloudflare Worker as a proxy to bypass modern web security.
• Enhanced UX: Added a Windows-themed progress bar dialog for initial asset downloads.

Assets integrated from OldWebToday (AGPL-3.0) with proper attribution.
