examples: add fast/smart, schema, and MCP configs - #6

Add runnable fast/smart and JSON Schema calls, TypeScript sync and multi-turn clients, MCP configs for Claude Code, Cursor, and VS Code, a Python MCP client, and a Pydantic AI toolset. Drop the TypeScript recipes, the Pydantic AI MCP example, and the typescript CI job. Restore .gitignore and CONTRIBUTING.md to main. Point the READMEs only at the three remaining recipes. Co-authored-by: Vlad Yashin <0xspacecreated@users.noreply.github.com>

What this adds
Two Python recipes and MCP client configs. Keys come from
NEUROAPI_KEYor a client secret prompt. No key is written into a URL or a file.examples/07_fast_and_smart.py— one prompt,modefastthensmart. The response includesmode.examples/08_output_schema.py— JSON Schema onoutput_schema,stream: false,mode: smart, then a local Pydantic check ofoutput.examples/mcp/— Claude Code, Cursor, and VS Code configs forhttps://api.neurobro.ai/api/v1/mcp.Python 3.9 stays the floor for the httpx recipes.

On Python 3.9, the same checks as the Python job in
