Concise description of the PR

Remove the Dockerfile entry in 02-use-cases/local-prototype-to-agentcore/agentcore_app/cloud_strands_insurance_agent/.dockerignore as it causes CodeBuild to fail building Docker images.

User experience

Before: The Stands Agent Docker image build fails due to the fact the Dockerfile file is not included in the build archive. See issue #393 for more details.
After: The same Docker image build works.
