Enhance login process by prompting for default tenant domain

🔧 Changes

• During automatic re-authentication (invalid/expired token scenarios), if a defaultTenant is already configured in the CLI context, the device-code login request is now generated directly for that tenant.
• This skips the tenant picker in cases where the user’s intent is already known.
• For explicit auth0 login commands, the existing behaviour is preserved, the tenant picker still appears, allowing the user to choose a different tenant.
