Function set_wheels_speed is not displayed correctly in the API page.

What This PR Changes

  • (Please explain here why you created the pull request and specify what it changes)
  • I am not really certain if I need to create a pull request for the change I am proposing. Feel free to close the pull request of not needed. When I go to Alvik's API page, set_wheels_speed function is not displayed like the other functions, which makes it hard to find. I simply rewrote the entry for this function and it seems to fix the way it is displayed. Thank you.
