Simple reminder of the steps to try:

Try to use lb 3.0 only with few options (--distibution wheezy) to see the status
Try to build an image without the packages (only lb config options and live installer)
Test installation on hard drive
Test live usage
Test both amd64 and i386 architectures
Test USB img creation
Add packages (metapackages)
