[type:optimize] Optimize BodyParamUtils with Caffeine cache (#5905)

* [type:optimize] Optimize BodyParamUtils with Caffeine cache

- Added Caffeine cache for base type checking
- Improved isBaseType() performance with 5000-entry cache
- Reduced class loading overhead

* [type:fix] Fix for style check.
