Directory with scripts for different projects.

Each folder represents the name of the project and the Rscripts within are scripts used in analysis for that project.

Contents:

1.type1bio.aid: Scripts used in extracting autoimmune disease cases from type1bio cohort and subsequent analysis performed for each autoimmune disease trait using the genome-wide trans eQTL and pQTL scores.

2. ukgca.aid: Scripts used for processing imputed and non-imputed GCA genotype dataset, and for performing GWAS and obtaining heritability estimate.# type1bio
