Stripped down sha256d-only version of pooler/cpuminer

Usage:

./minerd <blockheader>

Stats are logged to stderr, the valid block header (if found) to stdout.

Compiling:

./autogen.sh
./nomacro.pl
./configure CFLAGS="-O3"
make
