--include-locked and -l works differently #187

Describe the bug

According to --help, option --include-locked and its short version -l should be handled the same way, but it doesn't.

  • taze version 19.1.0
❯ npx taze -l latest

node-starter - 1 major

  devDependencies
    @types/node    ~5d  22.15.30  →  24.0.0  ⩽1d
npx taze --include-locked latest

node-starter - 1 patch

  devDependencies
    @types/node    ~5d  22.15.30  →  22.15.31  ⩽1d  (24.0.0 available)
