📝 Description of the feature

Since lately we have been getting more and more transient connectivity errors, do you think it is a good idea to add a retry parameter to the build_wheelhouse action? This way we might avoid to manually rerun the action if it was failing due to some transient connectivity issue.

I personally think retrying doesn't need to be baked into the actions because there are external ways to do it. Can you give https://github.com/nick-fields/retry a try @AlejandroFernandezLuces? We use it in the pydpf-* projects for flaky jobs, should satisfy your needs.

Pulling in a third party dependency for something like retrying a specific step seems like a risky step to take, from a security perspective it would be better and safer to do it ourselves (assuming we dont need anything too complex, otherwise a helper action in this repo would also be an option)
