SUMMARY

Currently, it's not possible to create a compute instance with an IPV6 stack. Once created you need to go to the console and change the stack type manually.

Fixes #618

I'm not sure what the issue is with the CI, but some guidance would be appreciated.

Any thoughts on this MR? It's been a good while. If there's something I can do on my end to get this merged in please let me know.
