Adds Open Agent Relay to Multi-Agent Swarms.
Open Agent Relay is an Apache-2.0, local-first coordination layer that lets teammates and other agents invoke an existing local agent capability over a trusted LAN. The implementation, runtime dependencies, prompts, and credentials remain on the publishing machine.
It is not presented as a full task orchestrator; it fits this section alongside headless coordination and messaging layers because agents can call shared capabilities and use bounded conversations without moving the underlying runtime.
