Add Awesome Hands-on Neuroscience

Description

Adds Awesome Hands-on Neuroscience to the MOOCs section, alongside the existing Neuromatch Academy entry.

This repo contains 15 ready-to-run Jupyter notebooks covering:

• Computational neuroscience (Brian2 spiking networks, NetPyNE, Neurolib whole-brain models)
• Structural & functional neuroimaging (FSL, AFNI, ANTsPy, Nilearn)
• Diffusion MRI & tractography (MRtrix3)
• MEG/EEG analysis (MNE-Python)
• Deep learning on brain data (PyTorch, PyTorch Geometric)
• Data standards (BIDS, PyBIDS, dcm2niix)

Each notebook is self-contained with setup cells, inline explanations, and academic references. Sample data is downloaded automatically via Nilearn/MNE/DataLad — no large files are committed.
