Add DeepLabCut, CaImAn, and Elephant to Python section

Adds three widely-used Python tools currently missing from the list:

• DeepLabCut (9k+ stars) - Markerless pose estimation toolkit for animal behavior analysis using transfer learning with deep neural networks.
• CaImAn (600+ stars) - Computational toolbox for large-scale calcium imaging data analysis, including motion correction, source extraction, and deconvolution.
• Elephant (200+ stars) - Library for electrophysiology data analysis providing spike train statistics, signal processing, and connectivity analysis.

All three are actively maintained, open-source, and widely adopted in the neuroscience community.
