this script is used to monitor and datalog the charge/discharge cycle of battery packs.

specificly the 40v 34 cell NiMH packs used by cuda 400 DPVs.

discharge montioring is done via voltage, to the defined cutoff (typically 35v)

charge monitoring is done via amperage to caculate MAh SOC
